1975
In February 1975, the Borgonovo Pohl family established SASICASA. Since the beginning, SASICASA served the agricultural industry. The company started operating with state-of-the-art technology, back then, the equipment consisted of a COVEMA extruder machine, and 24 English looms made by Fairban Lawson.
The 90´s
After an industrial modernization period, during the 90´s, the company procured new technology consisting of extruders and looms made in Austria by the Starlinger firm.

2008
Sacos Sintéticos Centroamericanos entered the process for the certification ISO 9001:2008 and became a “Certified Company” in 2009. We currently hold the 2015 certification version.
Current operations
Nowadays, we operate with extruders, looms, and 8-color flexo printers with lamination capacity. We are strategic allies of companies that demand quality and versatile packaging solutions. We export mainly throughout the Central American region, Mexico, the United States, and the Caribbean.
