PROMOTERS OF THE SUPERADOBE TECHNIQUE

Superadobe is a natural construction technique that consists of the use of bags filled with soil or sand interspersed with each other through barbed wire. This technique offers multiple advantages ranging from great thermal and acoustic insulation, to almost zero use of energy for construction; as well as the use of few and, in general, accessible materials such as soil, bags or sacks, barbed wire, water and slaked lime. Characteristics that make this technique economical and with low environmental impact.

Resistant & stable

Superadobe structures have successfully passed seismic tests carried out in California, confirming their resistance to earthquakes, as well as fires, floods and hurricanes.

Speed up construction time

It is easy to build and does not require a lot of manpower.

Ecologic

It is built from reusable materials.

Economic

Thanks to the materials with which it is built.

It is an excellent insulator

From the cold, heat and noise.

Allows to create different designs

Its peculiar consistency allows you to create an infinite number of designs that adapt to various purposes.

SASICASA participated as a donor of polypropylene bags for the construction of the superadobe project developed by the Pablo Tesak Foundation, with the aim of building training rooms and convention centers for the training objectives of the children who attend the foundation.

“We thank SASICASA for the contribution that they periodically make to us of various materials, which the inmates of our homes prepare to be reused in other companies, thus providing an economic contribution that helps to cover the costs of Maintenance and logistics (payments for electricity, water, rent, fuel, etc.)…”

Asociación REMAR de El Salvador
